The wellbeing services county of North Ostrobothnia, Pohde, has opened a new telephone exchange at the number 08 669 9500. You may contact all services offered by Pohde through this number.
The Pohde telephone exchange service began operating on Wednesday, January 10. The number is 08 669 9500 and it is open from Monday to Friday from 7.00 – 19.00.
When calling this number, you will be guided to the needed service; either by helping the caller to find the correct service number or by connecting the call to the correct number. Pohde requests that relatives and families inquire about patients primarily from the patient themselves but if needed, the telephone exchange can help in this matter as well.
The new telephone exchange serves all residents of the wellbeing services county and replaces the municipality-specific telephone exchanges as well as Oulu University Hospital’s (OYS) own exchange that has been terminated.
The Pohde telephone exchange will be accompanied in late spring by a new customer guidance service.
Pohde does not charge any separate telephone charges for calls to the telephone exchange, but the customer’s own telephone operator will charge the calls according to the telephone contract.
Pohde services and service point contact information can be found on the Pohde website.
