The online health service portals are Oulun Omahoito, NettiRassi and Oulunkaaren Omahoito. The Digital Health and Social Service Centre will be adopted gradually in the entire Pohde region and will replace the online health service portals as a shared service channel meant for everyone. The customers may continue to use online appointment booking services in the regions where they are still in use.
The online health service portals could be used for booking, rescheduling and cancelling appointments, contacting healthcare professionals via chat or messages, examining laboratory results and logging health information and results of measurements done at home.
Oulun Omahoito is in use for the residents of Oulu. NettiRassi is in use for the residents of Raahe, Siikajoki and Pyhäjoki. Oulunkaaren Omahoito is in use for the residents of Ii, Pudasjärvi, Utajärvi and Vaala.
